On any given weeknight, you can usually find me and Bryan posted up on the couch being a bunch of bums. The winter kinda sucks and this is the time of year that we sort of hibernate and you know what, I kinda like it. I have no interest in being blown away in below teen temps and me and snow...ehh. Unless I'm photographing it or sledding in it, I'm not that big of a fan of being out in it.
But this weekend the temps seemed to rise and besides the gusts of wind, we decided to venture out and pretend to get our Spring on.
I have to admit, Day Dates are my favorite.
Why you ask?!?
Because they last freakin' longer, my dude.
Start the date in the early afternoon, run that shizz into the night. Now that sadly wasn't the case since I ended up at the ER with my nephew (poor babes) but me and Bry had a great time in the afternoon regardless.
We headed to the movies to see A Haunted House and that shit was hilarious.
Besides a couple ehhh moments, we laughed our asses off the entire time.
And then my favorite part....

Now, I don't get to do this often at all, but whenever I get the opportunity, I jump at. Granted it was only at Applebee's, but hell I'll take what I can get.

Umm yeah, day dates are the best! Great part of going to the movies early in the day? NO ONE is there! And hooray for day drinking!

My Mister & I prefer Day Dates since his work schedule is a pain most of the time.
We like to go to this little Sushi place in Exeter called Zhuang's Garden. Best sushi ever!
We don't go too often, but their all you can eat prices aren't bad at all. Wish we could go more often though. lol.
I love day dates! We haven't been on one in a few weeks but we love to do things like go to breweries, check out new restaurants, or explore a new area we haven't been to yet!
We had a day date over the weekend. Well, it started in the day and ended at night. Wine tasting! Always a fun date. Your drink looks refreshing and delish!!

I LOVE day dates. Love them. We usually have date days - going traveling somehwere or something. I agree - they are the best.

Third post in a row of pure awesomeness! Last Sunday my husband and I headed out for breakfast together. I gotta say, it was something different, and it shook us up a bit. It was romantic sitting across from each other over a tea and coffee. Altough alcohol would have been just fine by me!
