Honeymoon: Carnival Liberty

I hope everyone enjoyed all the Honeymoon posts as much as I did.
I know that was alot of pictures to take in but I wanted to recap and put some on my blog while my mind was still fresh from it. Plus, I will always be up for looking at these pictures.

This trip was hands down the most meaningful and best vacation that I've ever been on.
If you let me get mushy gushy for a moment, I will tell you also that I've never been more in love with my husband than I was on this trip. There is just something about being alone and in new and strange place that brings you closer to each other, because you only have each other to depend on. Bless Big Man's heart as well,  because he went above and beyond to make this trip as special for me as he possibly could and he exceeded all my expectations.

....A beautiful dinner at a delicious steakhouse....
....No complaining about my obsessive picture taking....
....Being corny with me just because we could.....

Words can't describe the feelings I have for this vacation. I will always hold these pictures and memories close to my heart.

If you missed any of the Honeymoon Recap Posts, check them out here.

To conclude the honeymoon posts, I wanted to show what it looked like aboard our ship, the Carnival Liberty and a couple misc. things....
Serenity Retreat....adult only area
Upper Deck....where we could chill at the back of the ship at night.
Mid Deck and Pool....this is where all the parties and fun activities were, plus two bars....mmm.
Lobby
Ship Gift Shops
Cruise Tip: Wait until the last night to buy anything from the shops, because they mark practically everything down from 20-70%
Emile's Buffet....where we ate most of our meals.
I was a fan of the french toast for breakfast and salads for dinner.
Promenade....where alot of the shows, casino, and entertainment were.
This was also where we got our photos taken.
Piano Bar....I really wanted to check this out, but whenever we walked by it was always dead.
Nightclub.....Didn't go here either, they had alot of teen events going on there.
Alchemy Bar....one of the many bars aboard.
Casino....where Big Man and I wasted some dolla dolla bills ya'll.
Truth be told, we are some of the worst gamblers. We are tightwads so whenever we'd be up like $5 we'd peace out.
Cheery On Top Candy Shoppe....nom nom nom!
Karaoke Lounge.....and no I couldn't get him to sing....super sad face  : (

And for the weirdos who might want to know what we ate, here ya go:
just kidding, I was the super creeper snapping pictures of all my meals...

And last but certainly not least.....the thing that made every night that I walked into my room awesome (besides the hubs)....
TOWEL ANIMALS!!!!!!
I was a little too supped every night that we would get back to see what creation she folded for us.
And if you want an even funnier story.....the one night Big Man got pulled up on stage into a competition to fold a towel into a vagina.....YES, a cooter my dears.  It was hilarious but sadly my boy didn't win. He said he was used to dealing with the real thing : )

I think I'll end on that note.
Thanks for reading and for all the wonderful comments : )

This is making me really regret not getting to go on a cruise when we lived in Florida. :( Jon's cousin works for a cruise line so we could have gotten a friends/family discount and we wouldn't have had to pay for a flight, so it would have been really cheap. Booo! Haha. Glad you ahd such a good trip! :) I loved reading the recaps :)

That's so awesome! I've always been a big believer that vacation is important and should be a priority to make it happen and reading this just re affirms that. The ship is beautiful!!! I have been on that ship before a long time ago!! I'm so glad you had a wonderful honeymoon that you will always remember with happiness.
