Last week I posted a Q & A to let some of my new and even a few long time followers ask me questions that they might have been wondering about myself, Big Man and our Little Home.
A week later, the answers are in...so here we go
Sarah asked...
Alright, now that you two are married, what's in store for you next? It seems like you are always up to something fun, be it moving, getting engaged, getting married. I know you have your honeymoon next summer, but are there any other plans on the horizon? Are babies still awhile off?
Great question love, I wish I could give a definite answer but alot of things are in the air right now since the wedding. Our plan is to fix our finances, save some money, and to eventually buy a house with in the next year or so. We love our rented house now but it is too small (1 bedroom) and with wanting to start a family we want to get settled in something a little bigger and that will be ours. The only big trip on the horizon is our honeymoon trip to the Caribbean but we do want to make a couple mini trips in the mean time, maybe New York or DC. I'll answer the baby one in another comment since alot of people asked that ; )

Mrs. Potts asked...
Are you guys all settled in or do you think you may one day end up back in FL?
How did Big Man end up in FL?
Any more puppies for you guys?
Big Man and I actually talked about that a couple months ago. Though we loved Florida and that's where we met and fell in love, we have no plans to move back anytime soon. With wanting to start a family and having better jobs and schedules up here, I think it would be hard to uproot all that now. I don't want to say that we will never because look, I never thought I'd move back to Pennsylvania but I think for the most part we are settled here. Maybe when were old and creeky will move back to the Sunshine State : )
Big Man and his family moved from St. Thomas to Orlando to give BM a better education. They said that U.S.V.I was great but being on a 13 mile island leaves little options as far as schools and universities. I'm glad they made that decision, obviously...lol
I would def. love to get another dog but our house is too small right now to even think about that. Big Man and I decided that once we moved into a bigger house we will possibly get another dog. Since we have Mia and she's our little buttercup, this time around we would like to get a bigger dog, maybe a Lab or a German Shepard. We'll see what dog will vibe best with Mia Martian.
Ashleigh (and my new 'twit' clique buddy) asked...
I probably need to know how you met.. and how long you have been together!
Well luckily for you and for me, I just recapped Our Love Story right before the wedding.
Part One
Part Two
Part Three
Part Four
Part Five
We'll be together 5 years on November 7th. :)
Etta asked...
When are you going to have a baby?
It is so true, not even minutes let alone hours after the wedding there were people asking us this question and still are. And yes, it does get annoying very fast. But to answer the question we won't be 'trying' till atleast next year after our big honeymoon. We want to save up some money and have one last big hoorah vacay before bringing a little one into the world. Now if something happens, it happens but our goal is to wait till next year and hopefully be in a bigger house before busting one out : )
Carrie asked...
Why did you start blogging? And does your hubs like you blogging - if so, has he always?
I started blogging almost 3 years ago and I actually just stumbled upon it. I knew a girl in college who was blogging just to reach a daily word/writing outlet limit each day and after I saw her blogspot blog I started clicking on next and using tools like 20-something bloggers to find other ones. After seeing all these amazing ladies and their respective blogs, I figured what the hell and started up Little Woman, Little Home.
It first started out as a home and organization blog but it has turned into more of a lifestyle blog since I blog the most about Big Man, our lives, our home, and my ideas and opinions. I love having this little nook of the interwebs that I get to call my own and I can't believe how far this little ol' blog has come from the start. I hope to keep blogging for a long while so I can keep documenting our lives and meeting other awesome ladies that without this I would never know of.
As far as Big Man, now he is supportive of my blogging but he hasn't always. In one point in time he was so upset about my blogging and being on the internet so much that we got into a huge fight that ended up with me smashing my own laptop in a fit of rage. It was actually good though because it made me step back and reevaluate the importance of my relationship and my 'real life' compared to the time I use on the blogs or Twitter. I think we both struck a happy and healthy balance and he is way more cool with the whole blogging thing. He loves reading the comments and has actually had a couple guest posts himself. He knows this is my outlet and fully supports me, as do I with his Playstation addiction ; )
Thanks ladies for the questions, it was fun answering them and don't hesitate to ask anymore if they come up. Until then, Happy Friday my loves : )

Love it!
I never knew that about Big Man's family and there reason for moving. Smart choice indeed! And what a strong mother he has!
As for another pup, well, I think you know I'm partial to German Shepherds. Amazing breed!
And lastly, the baby topic. I figured I wouldn't be the only one to ask that question. ;) I think it's great that you guys would like to own a home before having a baby, I think it's a really smart move. And only a year away possibly! Ah, how exciting!
Thanks for blogging, and sharing your life with me. I've really enjoyed getting to "know" you over the last couple years. :)
Shoot, we still have a year until we're married and I'm sick of the babies question. So, I HEAR YOU ON THAT!
The last question was a good one, and your answer was spot on.
This made me laugh - I'm actually reading blogs while Jeff is on the XBOX. He hates that I blog...and I hate the XBOX. So we agree to disagree :)
I wondered how B ended up in the US.
BTW, we had one family member ask us the baby question SIX MONTHS before we were married. A year before that when we got engaged, we had people asking if it was because we were pregnant.
Ya my husband doesn't totally understand my blog obsession... its just fun!! I don't understand him sitting around reading 'game informer' lol!
So fun!
I loved reading your answers! My hubs is obsessed with playstation too :).
Thanks for the links! I will check out your love story! #twitclique
You smashed your laptop!? OMG! lol I guess that is a statement! But I am glad you two reached a compromise. Now that everything is pretty much mobile I get a lot of writing and reading done there. I miss the fire I had when I first stumbled on blog world!
I feel you on the when are you going to have a baby question. I get it all. the. time. Not to get too depressing, but I've been told by my dr that I may not ever being able to conceive on my own - so this question is not only annoying it brings up deeper issues for me. I so wish it wasn't something that everyone expects of you as soon as you tie the knot! But whatever it is what it is!
And thanks for answering my question! Sorry that your laptop got destroyed. I've had those fights before! I actually knocked over our dresser once. Lol! I'm much more calm now. :)
loved reading this! :)
let's get preggo together that way we can share experiences, hehe ;)
